of any chemicals. The pool systems can be remote monitored and controlled via Internet. It also features

Heating and cooling operate through a geothermal heat pump with deep wells; heating can alternatively
be operated from a natural gas boiler with a 1000kg gas storage tank. Hot water is provided by a solar
water heater. Heating and cooling distribution through 6 independent fan coil units, integrated into the
suspended ceiling. The thermal control is divided into four different zones which can be operated
independently. First class thermal insulation of the house (thermal camera pictures proofing the
insulation quality are available). All windows and external doors are equipped with integrated mosquito
screens and with electrical aluminum shutters. The windows and sliding veranda doors are equipped with
the avant-garde “thermobreak system” for perfect thermal insulation.
The house is equipped with a Building management system comprising of KNX Instabus technology. All
electrical functions can be controlled from conventional switches, but also from a central touch screen
monitor or remotely from the internet (PC, tablet or smartphone). Freely programmable lighting scenarios,
as well as entrance- or exit scenarios can be set.
A CCTV security camera system, remotely accessible from the internet and a security alarm system with
direct line to a security company provide the necessary security for the property. A 4,5kWp Grid
connected Photovoltaic system with a feed-n tariff of 24ct/kWh covers the electrical energy requirements
of the house and provides additional income. The two floors are connected by a Hydraulic elevator. An
Uninterrupted Power supply system covers potential power outages from the grid.
